One place instead of five
Text, images, preview, date and status live with the post – not spread across chat threads and file shares.
Social media with approval
Together we develop your content strategy. Then we propose ready-made posts: you approve them with a tap, edit them yourself or have us revise them. PostPlan checks every post automatically and publishes it on Instagram right on time.

Text, images, preview, date and status live with the post – not spread across chat threads and file shares.
A missing hashtag, a private email address in the text, a caption that's too long: PostPlan flags it before anyone approves.
Only what an authorised person has consciously confirmed gets published. Every approval can be traced.
You decide how much you want to do yourself. Approval always stays with you.
Together we decide what your presence should stand for – then we take care of the ongoing work.
We agree on goals, audience, topics and rhythm together.
Send photos or texts whenever something comes up – by email, a shared folder or straight into a proposal in the cockpit. It's never required.
Ready-made posts in your brand's design wait for approval, with a date and an Instagram preview.
Approve, edit yourself or send it back with a comment – we revise until it fits.
The process is always the same – whether it's one post or forty.
Based on your strategy we prepare posts – text, hashtags, image descriptions and slides in your brand's design – and schedule them in the calendar. If you send material, we work it in.

Automatic checks report violations of platform limits and brand rules. You see every slide at full size, just as it will appear on Instagram.

If everything fits, one tap on the YubiKey is enough – even for several posts at once. Otherwise you edit text, hashtags and image order yourself or send the post back to us with a comment.

At the scheduled time the post appears on Instagram. Afterwards you see views, reach and interactions every day – per post and for the whole account.

Caption length, number of hashtags, slides, image descriptions, words your brand doesn't use, prices from your catalogue and possible secrets such as email addresses, IP addresses or credentials.
Approval by YubiKey or Google confirmation is tied to exactly this content and date and is valid only once. Any later change needs a new approval.
Two weeks, month, three months, week with times or agenda. Reschedule posts by drag and drop – one at a time or as a group with the same spacing.
Select several posts, review them together and approve them with a single tap. Each keeps its own publishing date.
Moved, approved or withdrawn something by mistake? Suitable actions can be undone for two minutes.
Follower growth, views, reach, interactions, follows and unfollows, profile link taps and your audience – as charts from 7 days to a year, compared with the previous period and with your strongest posts.
Before PostPlan sends a post to Instagram, it records the attempt. If the connection drops, it asks instead of sending again.
Every customer gets their own installation with their own data folder, address and credentials. No database shared with other companies.

A post doesn't end up on Instagram just because it's in the calendar. It needs a conscious approval.
You confirm approvals with a YubiKey (FIDO2/WebAuthn). As a fallback, you can confirm via your Google account.
The approval contains a checksum of text and images. If a single character or pixel changes afterwards, nothing gets published.
The cockpit only makes requests. A separate publishing service checks every approval and alone holds the Instagram credentials.
Instagram tokens are never shown in the cockpit. You also confirm the Instagram connection with your security key.
To be honest: anyone with administrator rights on the server can work around any system. PostPlan protects against mistakes, wrong approvals and unnoticed changes – not against the server operator.
Carousel posts are published automatically. Results per post and statistics per account are fetched daily.
Preview and checks are there, automatic upload is in progress.
Today there is one approver account per instance. Team roles are planned.
For PostPlan to manage your company's Instagram accounts, the connection has to be reviewed and allowed by Meta. We set this up together with you.
For companies that want a regular presence on Instagram without building posts themselves every week – and that still want to approve every publication themselves.
No. If you like, send photos or texts whenever something comes up and we'll work them in. Otherwise we work with what we agreed on in the strategy.
You edit the text, hashtags or image order directly in the cockpit, or send the post back with a comment. We revise it, and you only approve once it fits.
Yes, as an alternative. You supply your own posts, for example prepared with AI; PostPlan checks, schedules and publishes them the same way. We set up the way in together with you.
It's recommended. Approval with a security key is the standard way. Alternatively, you can confirm an approval via your Google account.
No, not without a valid approval. Without approval, a post stays a draft. If it's changed after approval, the approval expires.
Yes. For every account PostPlan shows followers, views, reach, interactions, follows and unfollows and the audience by country, city and age, plus the posts with the highest reach. The follower history starts when PostPlan is set up – Instagram does not provide it retroactively.
Today PostPlan publishes automatically to Instagram. YouTube is in preparation. Checks and previews already exist for both.
With an intro call: we talk about goals, audience and topics and turn them into your content strategy. Then we set up your instance and propose the first posts.
In the intro call we clarify goals and topics and show you what proposals, checks and approval look like in the cockpit.
